What writers will be working on my resume?
We are proud of our team consisting of nearly 300 certified and experienced writers. They cover over 40 various career areas and specialize in writing resumes. Every customer is treated individually and a professional writer specializing in a customer’s area will be assigned to the task.
What level do I need to select when ordering a resume?
A resume is created depending on your career level:
  • Entry Level is ideal for inexperienced candidates like university graduates or specialists with little working experience (up to 2 years).
  • Professional Level is for candidates with solid working experience and certain achievements in their area.
  • Executive Level is perfect for senior managers, like CEOs, Presidents, VPs, etc.
Who is a Certified Professional Resume Writer?
Only a writer that meets the requirements of the industry, excels at resume writing, and possesses a good command of all up-to-date knowledge is granted this title. Such a person is capable of creating an impressive resume and you should seek the assistance of a CPRW if you expect your resume to be able to speak for you.
How can I communicate with the writer?
Our unique system allows customers to interact with their assigned writers during the entire process using our special messenger. You can stay in touch with your writer, follow his progress, and instruct him on matters you consider important. You can always contact us about any urgent issues by e-mail or phone. Our Support Team is available 24/7.
What is revision policy?
We work hard to satisfy our customers and provide them with the highest quality service. In case you are not pleased with the result and the resume does not completely meet your expectations, you can request a revision and it will be revised for free within 7 days period. To request a revision, simply use our messaging system to contact a writer and explain to him the revision details. Also, you are welcome to contact our Support Team.
How can I get a refund?
Since the customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, we will revise your resume and correct any shortcomings for free until it completely meets your expectations. However, if you do not feel satisfied with the result of such revisions, a refund can be requested within three days after your resume is finished.
How can I upload resume files? Do I need to provide additional information using a resume form?
To write resumes that will fully satisfy our customers we need all possible information. You can upload your current resume via uploader, which will appear after payment details are confirmed and you click ‘Continue’, fill out our resume form, or do both. Any instructions and additional information can be sent to our e-mail address at support@champresumes.com or directly to a Support Team representative.
